Seller feedback is very important in online shopping. On successful reception of the product we must provide a feedback for a product received and the seller regarding the quality of the product, the communication with the seller, the time taken for the delivery of the product , other exetra feedback and help other customers who were trying to buy from the same selletrt or the same product.
Fro a buyers presepectve before buying a product we should also take a look at the seller feedback and choose whether I have to buy from him or not , Buyers feedback is very important for sellers it may be positive. negative or neutral, try to buy from a seller who is having good positive feedback .
Some portion of customers are not at all satisfied with anything so there is a chance of negative feedback for wholesalers so avoid small percentage of negative feedback I am go with the rest percentage of positive thoughts. any percentage above 90 is considered normally as a good seller...
